IBTC Evaluation platform is a blockchain-based technology assessment platform that accepts both free and paid requests for technology evaluations. Participants receive rewards in IBTC tokens, and reliable evaluation results are derived by combining expert assessments and collective intelligence evaluations. Once the evaluation is completed, a report is provided, and NFTs are issued based on the evaluation report. This system provides users with a transparent and secure technology evaluation environment.

Description
IBTC Exchange is a technology trading platform based on NFTs, supporting initial auctions and resale. When revenue is generated from the technology, dividends are distributed to the NFT owners. Additionally, the exchange facilitates trading in FIAT currency, providing a user-friendly environment. The system architecture and programming language are the same as the technology evaluation center.
