Abstract
This white paper introduces the global trading platform, IBTC, which utilizes a blockchain-based evaluation and trading system, and describes how such systems contribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration in modern society.
Since the third information revolution, ideas and patents are recognized not as the originality of individuals or small groups, but as the manifestation of human collective intelligence. Therefore, in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, it can be said that the importance of unique ideas and collective intelligence is increasing. In response to these changes, there is a call for the concepts of patents and monopolies to transition to the paradigm of open-source, sharing, and openness.
In line with this, IBTC aims to provide a Web 3.0 global platform through a blockchain-based idea bank system. Through this platform, anyone can register ideas at any stage, and both experts and laypeople can freely evaluate and share ideas.
If an idea needs to evolve into a business stage, business consulting support and necessary funding can be obtained through a technology exchange linked to the IBTC evaluation system. Through this, technology-supplying companies can receive appropriate compensation, and investors can acquire technology shares to create added value. In addition, the public will suggest a new direction for technology investment through the perception that technology is also an asset.
The IBTC team believes that this platform can contribute to knowledge sharing and social development in modern society, and we are committed to this exciting project that changes the world with ideas.
