# IBTC 조직

IBTC 는 기술 기반 비즈니스 조직으로, 기술 지원 기반의 사업 전개와 전문가 중심의 사업 지원 체계를 구축예정이다. 이를 위해 운영 센터(Profit Center)와 경영 지원실(Cost Center) 체계를 도입하였으며, 기술 기반의 기술 평가 및 NFT 거래소 사업 체계를 구성할 예정이다.<br>

조직 내에서는 심사역(컨설턴트) 중심의 기술 평가 조직과 NFT 거래소 조직이 마련되어 있어, 전문적인 평가와 거래 서비스를 제공하며, 이러한 조직들은 사업의 안정적 발전과 지속 가능성을 위해 법률 지원 체계 구성 및 지원 조직에 집중할 예정이다.<br>

또한, IBTC 는 사업 확대를 위한 대외 활동 체계를 구축하여, 다양한 기술 및 기업들과의 협력을 통해 사업 영역을 확장하고, 더 많은 고객에게 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 노력할 것이다. 이러한 조직 계획을 통해, IBTC 는 기술 기반 비즈니스를 성공적으로 전개하며 지속적인 성장을 도모할 것으로 기대된다.
